Kimberly Paynter’s practice areas include all aspects of family law and criminal law. Kimberly has appeared at the Ontario Court of Justice and the Ontario Superior Court of Justice levels.

Kimberly’s approach to her practice is to achieve a resolution as efficiently as possible for her clients. She does this by meeting with and closely listening to her clients, understanding their needs and developing strategies that meet their expectations. Kimberly is passionate about her clients and always ensures they feel comfortable with the process, whether litigating in the courtroom or in negotiating a settlement in the boardroom. Her clients know they have someone who is looking out for their best interests.

Kimberly is also an adjunct professor at Seneca College teaching Provincial Offences.
